Cancellation Policy
You can cancel reservations by notice in writing to the reception by e-mail.
- For cancellations received before 7 days from the arrival date, the amount paid can be used to book another stay during the hotel opening period within the calendar year.
- For cancellations received between 7 and 1 day from the arrival date or not communicated, a penalty of 30% or the entire amount paid will be applied.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
check-in: the apartments are available from 15.00 onwards, at any time.
check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 11.00 am.
